At SOLELY FEMININE SHOES LLC, we are dedicated to delivering your handcrafted footwear with care and efficiency. We ship from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (United States)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: We utilize reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure your shoes arrive safely. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150 USD (after discounts and before taxes). [You can adjust this amount or delete this line if you don't offer free shipping]
3. International Shipping
We are happy to share our designs with the world! We offer international shipping to most countries.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SOLELY FEMININE SHOES LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer. If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping costs and return fees from your refund.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@solelyfeminineshoes.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that expedited shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes.
6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
SOLELY FEMININE SHOES LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
